We’ll want to hold an initial meeting with you, to discuss your requirements i.e. what you would like to achieve in terms of the functionality of the products, use of space, the corporate image you are after; and we’ll look to establish an idea of your budget, so we can work towards the right level of products for you.

INFORMATION

When developing work spaces, we seek to understand each staff member’s role i.e. How they will be using their desks, the number of desks required. We’ll also look to understand your storage requirements, whether your clients have access to this area so we can make sure we are tailoring our offer to your needs.

PROPOSAL

Put together our proposal for furniture/storage including installation etc as required and email this directly to you. We will then either call or email you to arrange a follow up meeting to discuss our proposals.

TESTING

Once you have approved the proposal in principle, we arrange for showrooms visits or a pilot workstation to be installed for approval.

SPACE PLANNING

Organise detailed space plan for your approval.

DETAILED QUOTATION

Once we have clarified all of your needs and have approval for the types and use of furniture, we provide a detailed quotation along with lead times and installation costs.

PLACE ORDER

Once you place your order with us, we project manage everything from order of furniture, delivery and installation of furniture, all in accordance with agreed timeframes with you.

COMPLETE PROJECT TO 100% SATISFACTION

Once your installation is complete, we meet with you on site to confirm that you are completely satisfied and if not resolve any issues as quickly as possible with minimal disruption.
